REGISTRATION 2010-2011

The members of AHM Les Cèdres will register with AHMVD's registrar.

PLEASE NOTE: A registration session open to all will take place at the centre d’achat de Vaudreuil-Dorion (Dutrisac st.) on Tuesday August 24th, 2010, between 6pm and 8:30pm. Don't forget all your documents, copy of your child's Medicare card, and proof of residence (copy of school report card).
